Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Follow up with interested prospects

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or similar role
• Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Nepali
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of computer and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
