1. Coverage & Scope
This policy applies to all services provided by Udeck Services, including but not limited to:

Consultation and maintenance packages
This policy does not cover services or products provided by third-party vendors or platforms integrated into client projects, nor does it extend to any affiliates, employees, or subcontractors not directly managed by Udeck Services.
Important Note- Domain registration and hosting charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
These are third-party services purchased specifically for your project and cannot be reversed, reclaimed, or reused once booked. This applies even if the project is cancelled before development begins.
2. Eligibility for Cancellation & Refund
Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
2.1. Full Refund Eligibility
A 100% refund will be applicable only if:

The project has not been started, and
-
No design, code, content, or domain/hosting resource has been allocated or consumed, and
-
The cancellation is requested within 14 calendar days of payment confirmation.
2.2. Partial Refund Eligibility
Partial refunds may be processed under the following:

Project is in-progress but has not been delivered.

Client is dissatisfied for valid, documented reasons after providing Udeck Services a reasonable opportunity to resolve issues.

A portion of the deliverables have been completed or resources consumed. The refund amount will be determined after deducting:

Time invested (based on hourly/day rates)

Resource allocation costs
-
Third-party non-refundable expenses

2.3. No Refund Cases
Refunds will not be entertained if:

The project has been completed and delivered.
-
Delay is caused due to lack of communication, requirements, or approvals from the client’s side.

Cancellation request is made after 14 days of purchase.
-
Refund is requested due to a change in business strategy or personal reasons not related to performance.
-
Any third-party tool, domain, or plugin is already procured or activated.
3. Conditions for Valid Refund Claim
To qualify for a refund, you must:

Have a clear and reasonable justification for dissatisfaction.

Not breach any payment or contract terms.
-
Not have used any part of the deliverable for business or commercial purposes.

Provide written documentation and proof supporting your claim.
-
Not file parallel disputes with banks or payment vendors before claim investigation is concluded.

Not violate any of the terms mentioned under this policy.
Note: Udeck reserves the right to reject any refund request if any of the above conditions are found to be violated. All decisions are final and non-negotiable.

4.2. Pre-Refund Evaluation

We will verify your request within 5-7 business days.

Your case will be reviewed by our technical, design, and project team.

If justified, we will propose a refund plan (full/partial).
4.3. Post-Approval

A formal refund agreement will be shared for digital acknowledgment.

All communication and deliverables (including source code, reports, assets, etc.) must be deleted or returned by the client.
4.4. Transaction Timeline
- In any case your refund is approved your amount will be credited within 5 to 7 business day to the original payment method.
5. Policy Revisions
Udeck Services reserves the right to update, revise, or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be reflected on our website. We advise users to review this page periodically.
