About the Role

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and well-spoken Female Telecaller to join our team in Salbari, Siliguri. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming leads, understand customer requirements, explain our IT services, and convert inquiries into successful clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert maximum leads into paying clients.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and lead status reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical team whenever required.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the communication process.

 

 

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English and Bengali will be an added advantage).
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, Email).
• Ability to work independently and achieve daily targets.
